Members of the MGS are part of a large international group of amateur and professional gardeners, horticulturists, botanists, and others who appreciate the unique climate called 'mediterranean'.
Annual subscriptions are payable in January. New members joining during the course of the year will receive all four issues of the journal, The Mediterranean Garden, published in the year of joining.
Local Branches, often have their own newsletters and programs of events so that members can keep in touch with each other and what is happening in their area.
New members are automatically added to the membership list in their area Branch if one exists.
